Each injector goes through a visual and circuit integrity check before cleaning. We inspect for physical damage, broken connectors, leaks, and test the electromagnetic coil and internal resistance to ensure the injector is electrically functional. This step helps identify injectors that may be faulty beyond cleaning.

Flow testing measures how much fuel each injector delivers over time. This test helps detect flow imbalance, clogged nozzles, or uneven spray patterns. Ensuring even fuel delivery is key to optimal engine performance and fuel efficiency.

We use ultrasonic waves to deep-clean the internal parts of each injector. This process removes carbon, varnish, and microscopic debris that regular cleaning can’t reach—restoring optimal spray pattern and fuel flow.

After ultrasonic cleaning, each injector goes through a final flow test to verify spray pattern and fuel delivery accuracy. We measure the exact output of each injector and group them by flow rate, ensuring all matched injectors perform equally. This step is critical for balanced engine performance, especially in multi-cylinder setups.
